PTAG's Mike Davidson will be speaking on behalf of both the Professional Development and Implementation Strategy committees, as well as Research Team 314a. PTAG will present a case study on one organizations successful journey to implement best practices across the organization, and will also take part as panellists for the official launch of a new industry best practice tool.
About Mike Davidson
Mike Davidson is PTAG's Director of Global Consulting with over 28 years of experience in various leadership roles. He has produced and delivered webinars and seminars on Project and Construction Management Best Practices including Front End Planning (FEP), Constructability and Stakeholder Alignment that have reached hundreds of professionals worldwide. As a result of these achievements, he was recognized as an Outstanding Implementer of research findings in 2013 by the Construction Industry Institute (CII), which is a globally recognized award. Mike is actively involved in speaking engagements and consulting assignments for both Owners and Contractors within Canada and the USA.
Mike is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), holds a Master's of Science in Project Management (MSPM), and promotes implementation of CII Best Practices as part of his role for the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Implementation Strategy Committee (ISC). He is also fully engaged with CII in several other initiatives including Implementation Champion, a Research Team member (RT 314 Small Project Infrastructure PDRI) and a support role for the Board of Advisors.
