We are pleased to announce the promotion of Michael McBean to Partner, Southern U.S., effective immediately.
Michael’s appointment reflects his exceptional track record in advancing PTAG’s strategic growth agenda across the Southern United States. Since joining PTAG as Director of Business Development – Houston, Michael has consistently demonstrated leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of client needs in complex project environments. His contributions have been instrumental in expanding our footprint across the region and strengthening our relationships with leading organizations in the infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors.
In his new role, Michael will lead PTAG’s integrated growth strategy across 14 key states, focusing on deepening client engagement, enhancing delivery excellence, and unlocking new opportunities for innovation and value creation. He will play a central role in supporting the successful integration and market expansion of Construct-X, PTAG’s soon-to-close acquisition that will form the foundation of our Advanced Project Delivery (APD) service line.
Michael will also be a key contributor to the firm’s North American leadership team, collaborating with peers to shape PTAG’s long-term vision and execution model. His focus will include:
- Driving strategic growth across the U.S. South through differentiated offerings and client-centric delivery;
- Strengthening alignment between regional operations and PTAG’s national service portfolio, including Project Management, Project Services & Controls, Construction Management, PMIS, Supply Chain, Engineering, Benchmarking, and HSSE;
- Championing innovation in project delivery, including the implementation of APD methodologies and integrated delivery frameworks;
- Enabling teams for success by fostering a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
